What is MSPN?
The Missouri Suicide Prevention Network (MSPN) is a statewide coalition dedicated to reducing suicide through collaboration, education, and community-driven action. We bring together partners from across Missouri to strengthen prevention, intervention, and postvention efforts through our committees and workgroups.
Our work spans community coalition support, postvention planning, youth engagement in schools, public awareness initiatives, and data-informed strategies. MSPN also hosts statewide events, including our annual 5K Race Against Suicide and the Missouri Suicide Prevention Conference, to raise awareness, amplify community voices, and support local prevention efforts.
Together, MSPN and our partners are building a stronger, more connected Missouri where every community has the tools and support needed to save lives.

RACE AGAINST SUICIDE | 5K
On Saturday, September 27th, MSPN hosted its first-ever Race Against Suicide 5K. We were thrilled to welcome 141 participants for a beautiful morning of community, connection, and support for suicide prevention.
This event would not have been possible without our sponsors' generosity and the community's dedication, who came together to make it a success.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—we are already looking forward to bringing this event back next year. Stay tuned for details on the 2026 Race Against Suicide 5K!
